Its thermal energy can be used for thermal recovery with heat transfer oil,
steam, hot water and hot air as medium,
achieving the purpose of reducing energy consumption and energy saving.
Direct fired thermal oxidizer system consists of a steel outer shell,
internal insulation or refractory, burner with gas train system,
blower fan, waste heat recovery system (optional design), control panel, stack, etc.
It can be widely applied in industries generating high-concentration of waste gases
such as chemical plants, organic solvents, refineries,
oil and gas storage tanks & barge degassing, landfill gas,
pharmaceuticals, petrochemicals, coatings, printing, etc.
