2. Industry characteristics:
① The VOCs concentration is higher than 500-5000mg/m3, and the printing quality is directly related to the VOC concentration. The better the quality, the higher the concentration;
② There are many unorganized emissions of VOCs. The printing press pursues high efficiency. It is easy to leak VOCs at the entrance and exit. Factors such as people walking in the space and the placement of goods can easily affect the airflow, which is not conducive to organized capture. Only in the drying area can be effectively captured.
③When increasing the concentration and reducing the wind, the concentration easily exceeds the lower explosive limit. When the printing equipment is working at high speed, static electricity is easy to generate, which can cause safety hazards and explosion accidents.
④Due to the high quality requirements of printing, high-concentration VOCs are not suitable for condensation recovery, and the recovered organic solvents cannot be recycled.
3. Solution:
 ①Design the RTO according to  concentration to prevent the RTO from frequently stopping work when the temperature is overheated, which will affect the production.
 ② Carry out closed operations in unorganized discharge areas to prevent VOCs from expanding to other areas as much as possible.
 ③When increasing the concentration and reducing the wind, configure the LEL control device. When the VOCs concentration exceeds the set value, interlocking operation can be performed.
 ④The production equipment and environmental protection system need anti-static treatment.
 ⑤As most of the high-concentration VOCs do not have the value of recycling, they can be used as RTO fuel when RTO is used.
Thereby reducing fuel operating costs.
 ⑥RTO outlet heat can provide heat supplement for other occasions. For example: canteen hot water, dormitory heating, employee baths, etc.
4. Features of the new three-tower RTO

Using low-nitrogen, high-efficiency burners, on the one hand, better combustion parameters can be obtained by adjusting the combustion air and combustion head, and on the other hand, energy consumption and secondary pollution can be effectively reduced.
⑥Intelligent control: Based on big data, with VPN function, it can carry out remote warning, accumulate operating parameters, and operate intelligently.
