3. Solution
①Before the treatment process is determined, the concentration and composition of the exhaust gas need to be accurately analyzed.
②The waste gas collection should be classified as far as possible to avoid the safety risks caused by the reaction of different types of waste gas after the convergence.
③The collection piping system needs to be accurately designed to ensure the effective collection effect. For example, piping system for airflow simulation.
④ The pipeline is treated with anti-static and anti-corrosion treatment. Regular inspection, cleaning, and sewage disposal.
⑤The classified waste gas needs to be pretreated, such as removing acid and alkali, removing halogen-containing components, etc.
⑥ At the front end of the RTO, set up safety measures such as LEL, flame arrestor, and emergency discharge.
⑦The parts of the RTO system in contact with the exhaust gas need to be treated with anti-corrosion.
⑧After RTO treatment, in order to prevent high temperature and residual corrosion, post-treatment measures are required. Such as cooling and lye washing to absorb.
⑨Using a low-nitrogen combustion system to minimize the emission of terminal nitrogen oxides and sulfides.
⑩For parts with corrosion risk, adopt quick assembly and disassembly design, which is convenient for maintenance.
 
4. Features of the new three-tower RTO
